Do you have faith in God? Heaven exists here and now. In your lovers kiss. You close your eyes, you breathe in deeply, your lips press into each other, you exhale, your tongue searching, with trepidation, timidly, holding back, purposefully, to drive your lover wild, to drive yourself wild… Your body wanting, aching, to lurch forward… your desire building, and you hold yourself back, again, to create more tension.
Have Faith in God to Feel Alive and Live in the Here and Now

This is the dance of here and now.
This is it.
These words, create feeling for you.
Create the desire for kisses…
perhaps sex…
perhaps love…
You are Your Heaven or Your Hell
These words, here, you are reading them now, they ARE your heaven, or they are your hell. You are in it already. FEEL your body as you read the kissing paragraph. FEEL your body as you kiss your lover. NOW. HERE. This… is it.
We drive ourselves crazy, stress ourselves out, dump cortisol and other stress hormones, make ourselves SICK about what we HAVE done, or what we WILL do.
NO
Stop it NOW.
THIS… is it.
Feel
Feel into your own body, into your own space. FEEL into the space you take up. The MATTER that you are. The MIRACLE of your body in THIS moment. You are a spiritual being, in a meat suit. It might be firm, supple and young, it might be thin, boney and lanky, it might be fat, round and heavy, it might be old, wrinkly and saggy. WHO THE FRENCH TOAST CARES. It is YOURS.
And it is yours with which you get to experience this beautiful world!!
Who Cares?
WHO CARES
- what you ate,
- what you will eat,
- when you worked out last,
- or how much you want to beat yourself up about all of that!?
YOU ARE HERE NOW!
Look around you! Take it in! You are CARED FOR. You are safe. You are loved. You are provided for. HERE, in this moment, there are NO WORRIES.
6 Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition with

Do Not Worry
In everything, in every situation – HERE AND NOW – do NOT be worried. Your “prayer and petition” is your declaration to the universe. It is your ASKING that CREATES reality in the universe!

This is the LAW of attraction and abundance. Spiritual LAWS.
If You Ask, It is Given
If you look, you will find. If you are anxious, you will find anxiety. If you are stressed, you will find stress!
The PEACE of GOD is upon you ALREADY. HERE. NOW. JUST FEEL INTO IT. The “peace of God which reassures the heart” is HERE. The “peace which transcends all understanding” is HERE. IT “IS YOURS.”
Believe
Have faith in God and believe it fully or it will not come to pass.
DOUBT is your enemy.
YOUR doubt is your downfall.
Your DOUBT is the reason you do not have what you wish.
6 But he must ask [for wisdom] in faith, without doubting [God’s willingness to help], for the one who doubts is like a billowing surge of the sea that is blown about and tossed by the wind. 7 For such a person ought not to think or expect that he will receive anything [at all] from the Lord, 8 being a double-minded man, unstable and restless in all his ways [in everything he thinks, feels, or decides]. Be Ready to Receive
You cannot expect to receive anything with doubt. It is the OPPOSITE request of the universe of what you want.
And your desires keep you from being HERE NOW.
The more you focus on what you ALREADY HAVE, the closer your are to HEAVEN, here on earth.
Think of the Most Magical Times of Your Life
They are magical because you are IN THEM.
You aren’t doing anything else.
You are FULLY present.
And you are in HEAVEN when you are fully present.
Your MIND is your biggest asset.

The Spirit of God
There was nothing. There was FORMLESS VOID… and the SPRIRIT OF GOD was moving. The same spirit from Phil 4:6 that is ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO YOU! It was moving, it was hovering, and it SPOKE!!!! WHAT DID IT DO!? IT SPOKE… and there was light… And not until 14 verses later did he create the SUN and the “lightbearers”
14 Then God said, “Let there be light-bearers (sun, moon, stars) in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night,
HAVE FAITH IN GOD. HE CREATED LIGHT WITHOUT THE SUN. HE CREATED LIGHT WITH WORDS.
And, so can you.
You can turn to the holy spirit with your FAITH in God and not your doubt. You can say OH GOD, HOLD ME NOW, AND TAKE ME TO HEAVEN… you can get PRESENT NOW with yourself… and you are already present with GOD, and you can DECLARE and he will SPEAK on your behalf, you will knock and the door will be open, and IT WILL HAPPEN BECAUSE YOU SAY SO AND GOD SAYS SO…. Because you ask and it is given. Because you have FAITH in God. Because you are a BELIEVER in your WORDS and in the universal spirit that created this earth, and the entire hologram we are in. You are PART of that spirit.
God always shows up and says “I AM.”
Who do you think that is?

During her years practicing traditional massage therapy, and while an intern working on her Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling, she realized that people responded strongly when addressing their feelings and not just their thoughts. Working with this knowledge, she began to create an experiential environment for her clients, having them focus less on what they were thinking and more on what they were feeling. She discovered that when people began to release their emotions, they also released their physical pain. Heather is now passionate about helping people do just this so they hear their inner voice and then act upon their intuition so they create a new physical, mental and emotional life for themselves.
Heather’s authenticity, integrity, honor, commitment to her clients, and ability to create trust ensures that client's have a safe space to experience the exploration and release of their pain. Her clients say she is skilled at spiritual and emotional healing and is a great partner to have on the journey to contentment. As one particular client stated, “She opened my heart so the grief could emerge and then joy was able to fill that space.”
Heather is a popular speaker and workshop leader and facilitator, with one of her most popular workshops, “Connect on Purpose: Interpreting Your Body's Signals for Greater Wisdom and Empowerment” helping guide people to live their purpose, which Heather describes as “being able to take your talents and gifts and put them into action.” She is currently authoring a book and developing additional workshops, including a meditation group.
A licensed massage therapist, specializing in Thai Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and Myo-skeletal Alignment Technique, she has a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling, is certified in Redirecting Children’s Behavior as a facilitator and coach.
