So much wisdom is coming to me from lessons learned in life, as I spend time in my creative imagination, writing this book. I’ll share some with you. Focus on your pain. Focus on your suffering. Right now. Scan yourself and find it. Focus on it.

Lessons Learned in Life Through Suffering and Expansion

Are you comfortable or uncomfortable with your suffering? Are you used to it? Are you used to sitting with it? What are your thoughts about it? Now… Focus on this instead:

What are the Gifts in this Suffering?

“NONE! IT’S TERRIBLE,” your ego screams at you. Amiright?

But sit still and listen.

What are the gifts? What are the treasures? What have you learned? What are you clinging to that you know you need to release? What are you fighting that you don’t want to give up?

Now deeper. Ask those last set of questions again… But in reverse.

What are you letting go of that you need to keep? What are you fighting that you want to give up? What aren’t you fighting that you know you need to fight? Where have you let yourself and others down? Where have you not spoken your truth?

I’m creating. I have pain. My pain informs me of my limitation. My limitation informs me of my EXPANSION.Women with arms up, expansions, Lessons Learned in Life Through Suffering and Expansion

What’s yours? How is your #pain trying to grow and expand you?

Sit with yourself. Be still. Listen to yourself. Listen. Silently. Shut your ego up! What is your divinity waiting to say to you?

Don’t let your ego tell you “you’re doing it wrong. There is no divinity. I can’t be quiet. I can’t get better.” Just tell it to shut up.

And listen. Because your truth is there.

I used to say (rather my ego would say), “Maybe I don’t want to meditate or listen to my higher self because I’m too powerful and I’m afraid of my own power.”

That’s just a genius thought there. Ridiculous. If you’re hearing yourself say that crap, your ego is totally in charge.

Because when you step into your knowing and soul calling, it’s F*cking phenomenal. Nothing will stop you. No pain. No suffering. No disease. No negativity. No ego. No parent’s voices.

Nothing will stop you when you’re driven with mission and purpose.

Just get quiet so you can find yours and be proud of the lessons learned in life through suffering.
