We Humans Do the Strangest Thing …
We do the strangest things … As people. We want love. But then experience pain such as a withdrawal of love. So instead of reaching for more love, or making requests, we harden our hearts … To prevent us from more love? Why would we do that? I’ve learned, to open my heart, to be authentically me, and vulnerable to the pain is what creates the most peace, joy, connection and love!

#1 BE your WORD.
Don’t give your word if you can’t keep it. And once you’ve given it, be it. And in reality… It doesn’t matter WHO you give your word to. If you break it, the one who suffers is YOU.
#2 What is being your word?
- Maybe it’s making promises you keep.
- Maybe it’s checking in with your higher self and knowing what’s right for you and doing that?
- Maybe it’s looking in the mirror and telling yourself truths or lies.
- Maybe it’s laying down at night knowing you’re clean.
- Maybe it’s being accountable for every step you take, every word you say.
- Maybe it’s know that “I” is the only one that matters at the end of the day. Because the words I spoke to “you” were MY words. Came out of MY mouth. I am either poison or creation to MYSELF when I speak to “you.”
